DON’T come to this branch, wondering why the branch manager hasn’t put any effort to improve customer services.

01/04/2023 at 09:07上周预约这个汇丰开户，总行打电话来说之后支行会联系我开户具体时间。结果支行打电话就打了一次，我当时没接到，再打回去每次都给我挂断不接。
Helpful Review就按照之前跟总行客服约好的时间来现场，结果直接不让办。真的无语。
打电话过去又不接，来现场又不给办。

26/11/2019 at 15:52I visited here 29 Oct 2019 hand over a Document. And they told me It will finish in 1 week.(working day). 26 Nov 2019 today NOT FINISHED yet. This is second time happened like this. I strongly recommend to use other business centre branch.
